Welcome to My Cleaning App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service, which offers scheduling, time and attendance tracking, invoicing, customer management, inventory management, expense tracking, and quality control services. 2. User Accounts

To use My Cleaning App, the owner or manager must create an account by providing a valid name and email address. After registration, the account holder can create additional staff accounts within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring all account details remain accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in restricted access or account termination.

3. Subscription and Payments

My Cleaning App operates on a subscription basis. Payment can be made either monthly or annually through credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Google Payments. We offer various pricing tiers based on the number of properties managed within the software. First Two Months Free: Users will receive the first two months of service free of charge. After the free period, subscription fees will apply as per the chosen plan.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through your account portal or via email. However, after the first free month, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

5. Liability

My Cleaning App is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or other similar losses. Our liability is strictly capped to the total amount paid by the customer for the service during the subscription period.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. User Responsibilities
